1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to fly99 and any of its services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers — is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing fly99 as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or agent of fly99 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fly99 or had an account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities.

fly99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. If satisfactory verification is not provided within the timeframe requested, fly99 may suspend or permanently close the account.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use fly99, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active fly99 account. This restriction applies regardless of the device used, the internet connection, the payment method, or whether multiple individuals share the same household address. fly99 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.
• Winnings generated while using a duplicate account may be confiscated at fly99's discretion.
• The player's primary account may also be subject to permanent closure depending on the circumstances.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fly99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. fly99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fly99 customer support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fly99 is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by fly99 may result in withdrawal holds, account restrictions, or account closure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

fly99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. fly99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. fly99 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, fly99 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to fly99's withdrawal routing policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Typical processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 5 to 15 minutes
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours
• Bank Transfer: Up to 30 minutes; may vary based on interbank processing

fly99 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Pending verification, withdrawals may be held for a period not exceeding 72 hours. In cases where enhanced due diligence is required, this period may be extended with notice to the player.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

fly99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• fly99 reserves the right to specify which games contribute toward meeting wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account.
• fly99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already in active use by a player.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating bonus play with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on fly99 are provided by third-party software suppliers and are governed by the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that individual game.

fly99 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. The Return to Player (RTP) rates for all slots and table games are available upon request. Bets placed and game outcomes are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed unless a demonstrable technical fault caused by fly99's platform is identified.

In the event of a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction that results in an ambiguous or disputed game outcome, fly99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. fly99 will not be liable for losses caused by interruptions to your internet connection or device performance on your end.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on fly99, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a fly99 account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of fly99 for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games to generate winnings — any winnings derived from identified exploits are void.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including sharing information about hand values in live poker or coordinating bets in sports betting markets.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, as determined at fly99's reasonable discretion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fly99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the fly99 platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

fly99 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. The platform recognises that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and it takes its obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all fly99 account holders at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net gambling activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from fly99. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who have activated self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any way. fly99 will take all reasonable steps to enforce active self-exclusion restrictions across new registrations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fly99 platform — including but not limited to the fly99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of fly99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fly99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any fly99 content without prior written consent.
• Use the fly99 name, logo, or brand assets in any marketing, social media, or third-party context without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the fly99 platform.
• Frame or mirror any fly99 content on another website or application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fly99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits due to platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions not caused by player fault.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions or delays in service caused by events outside fly99's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

In all cases where fly99 is found to be liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fly99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fly99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

fly99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• fly99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stated timeframe.
• A player has activated self-exclusion.
• fly99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, fly99 may confiscate any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, fly99 will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting fly99 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fly99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fly99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of fly99 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fly99 holds its international gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
